Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • AdvisorShares doesn’t share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you. AdvisorShares may share information with nonaffiliates that perform marketing services on our behalf.
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • AdvisorShares may share your information with other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing arrangements who may suggest additional services or other investment products which may be of interest to you.
